Product information

Recommended intake

Dissolve 3 to 5g in water or juice or add to a smoothie.

Dosage

Help increase your physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. With only 3g of creatine required daily to obtain improved physical performance. Simply mix a rounded teaspoon (3g) into a glass of water and consume shortly before or after your workout. 1-2 servings daily, continue to supplement with creatine on rest days to maintain the uptake of creatine in the muscles. Micronized creatine has particles that are 20 times smaller than regular creatine. This provides a greater uptake into the muscles, and also makes it less likely to clump when drinking.

Ingredients

Creatine monohydrate (micronized)

Note: The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Store out of the reach of children.
