What do I need the product for?
The name Carnitinee comes from the Latin word for meat ("carnis“), because the substance produced by the body was first discovered in muscle tissue. It is therefore not surprising that animal foods, such as ground beef or leg of lamb, have the highest Carnitinee content. For this reason, L-Carnitinee is a particularly good supplement for vegetarians and vegans. The human body can also produce L-Carnitinee itself from the amino acid lysine and methionine - these amino acids are abundant in legumes. The majority of L-Carnitinee is stored in the heart and skeletal muscles.
Vegavero's L-Carnitine is suitable for people with high physical demands such as endurance sports, strength training or other activities.
