Recommended intake:

Nupure probaflor contains three strains of bifidobacteria, seven strains of lactobacilli (lactic acid bacteria such as lactobacillus acidophilus) and streptococcus thermophilus. These bacteria are part of the natural colonizers in the human intestine (the so-called intestinal flora). With eleven lactic acid cultures, probaflor contains a broad spectrum of bacteria. Safety sealed and provided with a desiccant (round plastic tablet). Due to the innovative packaging, these bacteria have a guaranteed long shelf life. This allows for a very high number of live cultures in each capsule compared to similar products. Inulin is a dietary fibre that is not metabolized by humans. Inulin is naturally derived from chicory. If it enters the intestines undigested, it can serve as food for bacteria. Lactic acid bacteria react very sensitively to stomach acid. With nupure probaflor they are effectively protected by a special vegetable capsule and safely released in the intestine.

Dosage:

Adults should take one capsule daily without chewing with plenty of liquid. For fast absorption, nupure probaflor should be taken about 10-20 minutes before breakfast. Nupure probaflor is specifically adapted to the intestinal flora of adults and should not be taken by children.
