Norsan Omega-3 Arctic oil - 200 ml
The recommended daily dosage is 10 ml, which corresponds to approximately one tablespoon. Do not exceed the indicated recommended daily dosage unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor.
Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are essential for the body and must be taken in through food. Omega-3 Arctic contains both essential omega-3 fatty acids. However, the proportion of DHA is higher than that of EPA. The reason for this is, among other things, the cold and nutrient-rich water of the Arctic and the fish used (cod). This results in a DHA content of about 1,060 mg per daily dose (10 ml/1 tablespoon). This makes Omega-3 Arctic an optimal prevention oil, perfectly suited for everyone who wants to eat healthily and consciously, as well as support their brain function and vision.
Natural fish oil (cod oil from the North Atlantic), mixed tocopherols (vitamin E), natural lemon oil.
